Josh transitioned into real estate from a background in classical music education, quickly rising to become a top agent at his first firm. His experience grew even further as a key member of one of the highest-producing real estate teams in Lexington, MA, helping to manage over $100M in transactions annually, with deals exceeding $6M.

Born in Puerto Rico and raised just outside of Boston, Josh holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Clarinet Performance and a Master’s in Music Education from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Josh lives in Boston with his beloved Aussie, Koda (named after the musical term), and continues to find ways to give back through his love for music and service.
